About the Photographer

As background, I’ve been observing and photographing the natural world via my travels and adventures for over fifty years. My avid hobby has evolved into a passionate and growing business, Mosborg Exposures LLC, that now includes exhibits, seminars, architectural and design photoshoots, and an expanding line of framed and matted prints, calendars, and puzzles, among others.

My love of nature was heavily influenced by My father, Preben Mosborg, a Danish immigrant who exposed me to world travel and photography from an early age as I learned about composition, lighting, depth of field…and patience. 

As an active adventurer, I've bicycled across the USA both east-west and north-south, climbed Mt. Rainier, Grand Teton and Devils Tower, scuba dived the Grand Cayman and Canary Islands, and as a private pilot, flown across the Great Lakes.  My travels have taken me to 49 states and over 30 countries.

As a level eight Google Guide, I have 260+ reviews and over 16 million views and counting.

When not exploring my hobby, I am a semi-retired commercial real estate advisor/investor and have served on several nonprofit and association boards.
